自然派ラーメンでスッキリと
お昼のピーク時間を過ぎていたので特に並ぶ事なく入店。
今回は焦がしネギの醤油ラーメンを注文、麺の太さを聞かれたので細麺を選択。
魚介出汁が効いてるスープはくどさが無く、コクはあるが後味はスッキリとしている、焦がしネギの風味がアクセントになっていて最後まで飽きずに食べ切れるのも嬉しい。
麺の自体の旨みがあるので次は濃い口を食べてみたい。

前回、焦がしネギのノーマル醤油を食べたので今回は濃い口醤油を頂く、麺は細麺を選択。
確かにノーマル醤油と比べ魚介出汁の風味や香りが強く出ており魚介出汁ベースの醤油ラーメン好きは満足出来る味だと思う。
そして麺は相変わらず美味い、麺が美味しいから濃い口にしてもしっかりとバランスが保てている。
ノーマルでも十分美味しいけど濃い口の方が店の特徴が感じられて良いと思う。
