沼津市でお蕎麦の百名店があると知り、いってまいりました。土曜日のお昼すぎ駐車場はいっぱいでした。提供に時間がかかります。車をとめてから食べるまで90分近く待ったとおもいます。店内はテーブル席が7席のみです。店内にはいろんな写真や蕎麦へのこだわりが書かれたものが壁に張ってあります。
蕎麦だけでなく、出汁をとる鰹節などにもこだわっているようです。
天ぷらはとても時間がかかるとのことで、今回はお蕎麦とおかずの盛り合わせを注文します。おかずは面白くて、サラダ、白和え、さといも、ゴーヤの胡麻和え、煮物など。これが優しい味付けで心地よいです。
肝心なお蕎麦が登場。麺は短めですが、角が立っています。食べるとお蕎麦の香りがふわっとしてきます。これは美味しい。お蕎麦はとても難しいですが、わかりやすいように思います。お蕎麦と鰹節の組み合わせがとても良い。ごちそうさまでした。
