十割蕎麦とは思えない滑らかな喉越し。
蕎麦の香りが最高でした。
蕎麦の香りが堪能できるように、おつゆは控えめなお味ですが、本枯節の効いた美味しいおつゆ。
天麩羅は、揚げたてを順番に出して頂けるので、これもまた最高です。
つゆの他に、普通の塩、藻塩、ローズ塩がありました。
日本酒を頼みましたが、これがまた可愛いグラス！
蕎麦つゆいれも可愛いかったです。
お蕎麦の大盛りは出来ないので、お代わりを一緒に頼みました。
