沼津にあるそば百名店。
老舗の蕎麦屋で十割蕎麦を提供してくれる店。
平日の13時過ぎの来店。
先客は1組のみだが、何故か下座に通される。
メニューを眺め以下を注文。
■本鴨せいろ【1600円】
大盛りは無く、後から追加は受け付けず、2枚にできるのは注文時のみ。
今回は2枚にせず、デフォルトのまま。
実食。
まず、つけ汁から鴨とネギの良い香りがする。
別皿に盛られた山葵と葱を投入すると、さらに良い香りが。
つけ汁をひと口啜ると鴨の味がしっかりと感じられて良い。
鴨肉は薄いが柔らかく、臭みもほとんど無く美味しい。
そばは小盛りで物足りないが、みずみずしく輝いており、そのまま啜ると十割そばとは思えない喉越し。
鴨汁に漬けて、さらに美味しい。
最後に提供される、蕎麦湯もさらさらで美味しかった。
