JR三島駅が最寄り駅の蕎麦屋さん。
駐車場は店の前にあり、店内は入口に電動石臼、右は調理場、左が椅子席、奥が小上がりになっている。
せいろ蕎麦は二八ではなく外二，しらゆき、変わり蕎麦の二種もある。
変わり蕎麦は季節に合わせて１６種の中から、二種類が選ばれている。
私は鴨せいろ、山の神はしらゆきとせいろの二種とてんぷらを注文した。
蕎麦は水切りよく、エッジが立ち、切りむらや端切れはあまり目立たない。
味と香りはかなり薄い。
薬味はネギとショウガだ。
つけ汁は鴨肉とネギであまり感心しない。
蕎麦湯は釜湯で風味は薄い。
一茶庵系の蕎麦で、蟻巣石を使った電動石臼で蕎麦粉を作っている。
店の外のガラスには新そばの張り紙が出ていたが、蕎麦の風味がかなり乏しい玄蕎麦のようだ。
山の神はさらしなとせいろは同じような味しかしないなどと嫌味を言っていました。
