三島は富士山の湧き水が豊富で街の至るところに湧いてます。
近くの源兵衛川は「世界かんがい施設遺産」に登録されているそうです。そこから少し歩いたところ、旧東海道と並行している通りにあります。
良い感じの店内で綺麗にされています。
また、メニューにありましたが、こちらの店主は以前、都内のホテルにいらしたそうです。
平日サービスランチ1000円の
Bランチ「豚肉と野菜の黒豆ソース煮と、半ラーメンor玉子スープのセット」で半ラーメンをお願いしました。
素材は三島近郊のものを使われているそうです。
黒豆ソースの風味でご飯が進みます。が、炭水化物控えようと、ご飯は半分にしてもらっています。それなら、半ラーメンやめるべきなんですが。。
ラーメンは出汁と麺がとても美味しく、ラーメン屋さんとしても秀逸かと思います。
また、付け合わせの梅搾菜が美味い！
デザートの杏仁豆腐は普通に美味しいです。
食べ終えて外へ出ると強烈な陽射しですが、都心と違い、暑さ加減が違いますね。風がとても爽やかです。
