月末恒例の会社同僚とのラーメン会ですが年末最終日と言う事で、本日は住吉さんに伺いました。
仕事納めの日の昼食ですが、ちょっと豪華なランチとの思いが皆さん同じのようでかなり混雑しており店前にたくさんの人が待っています。
40分ほどで入店 ステーキととんかつで悩みますが、王道のガーリックステーキ150gを発注です。20分ほどで料理到着です。
あらかじめ焼き方の好みを聞かれているのでミディアムレアでお願いしていました。
ナイフを入れるとしっかりのミディアムレア！
肉の上にはニンニクスライスがのっています
早速お肉を一口 醤油ベースのソース 肉の旨味がしっかりありにんにくがガッツリ効いています
これは、ごはんがすすむ味です。
肉 ごはん 味噌汁の三角食べがループします
ぬか漬けもちょうどいい箸休めです
同僚も無言でステーキに集中している模様
自分も夢中で食べ進めあっと言う間に完食です
一年間頑張った自分へのご褒美
とても美味しかったです
