週末の昼に訪問。
12時半前に到着し先待ち客２組4名。
20分程度待ち店内へ。
店内には食欲をそそるにんにく臭が漂っている。
・大きめガーリック1682円
こちらは200gの牛肉ステーキ
・レバー 145円
オプションでのみ頼める80gのレバーソテー
恐らくハラミ肉を使用していると思われる肉はとにかく柔らかい。
ナイフで切っている時は肉がなかなか切れず、こりゃ結構かみごたえある肉なのかなと思ったが、一口食べると柔らかさに驚く。
切りづらかったのは恐らくナイフと肉の相性の問題と思われる。
そもそもハラミは好きな部位なので、それがステーキで食べられることが嬉しい。
味付けは醤油味が強めで人によってはしょっぱいと思う方もいるかもしれないが、私はこのくらいでも全く問題なかった。
にんにくチップは生感を少々残した格好でこ！はこれで良い。
ご飯が進みすぎてしまう危ないステーキであった。
