三島に仕事に行ったのですが、鰻が有名らしい。浜松がうなぎって故郷静岡の私は思っていたけれど、三島もだったとは驚き。
ですが、私は中部地方なのでいずれの地域も地元って感じではない。
さて、数ある鰻屋さんを何度も何度も吟味して一軒だけ行こうと決めていました。
このお店を選んだのは、地元の人が行く店というもの。
さて、三島大社から歩いてちょうどオープン時間。
とても綺麗で素敵なお店でした。
メニューは悩む。普通にうな重もよかったのですが、食べたことがない鰻の食べ方をしようと思って、石焼を選びました。
臭みが全くないふわっふわの鰻でした。石焼なのでお米が少しおこげが出来て食感も楽しめます。
タレはうな重のタレよりあっさりで甘みはそれほどありませんが、美味しいタレです。
わさびをつけたり、昆布だしをかけたりと楽しめました。
有名店より金額的にも良心的で、これだけ美味しいのならやっぱりまた三島に来たらここに行ってしまいますね。次回はうな重を食べたいです。
悩みに悩んだ鰻の味は大正解でした！
