静岡県産鮎とフォアグラのリエット仕立に
キュウリのマリネを添えて
戸田本海老と帆立貝を詰めたスフレ仕立に
オマール海老の軽い泡を添えて
様々な箱根野菜のブレゼと伊豆鹿肉のポワレに
赤ワインソースを添えて
シャインマスカットとクロカンナッツの
パルフェ仕立をグロゼイコソースで
誕生日を祝ってもらうべくお邪魔しました。
ジビエがウリとのことだからか店内は
鹿の角や毛皮などを可愛らしく飾っている。
素敵な店内で個人的には居心地がいい。
席につきコース内で前菜、魚料理、肉料理、
デザートを選ぶシステム。
自分の気になるものをオーダー。
まずは前菜リエットから…
なめらかな食感、濃厚なフォアグラの旨味、
鮎の爽やかな香りが何かわからない
緑色の酸味のあるソースに合い美味しい！
食べてから思ったがパンにつけたらもっと
美味しいんだろな(•́３•)
次に魚料理…
濃厚なエビの風味に魚介の旨味が詰まった
フワフワのスフレが合い美味しい！
見た目よりボリューミーでこれだけで
お腹もいっぱいになります（笑）
次に肉料理…
最初牛肉のような感じだが噛むうちに
ジビエ特有の力強い味が出て美味しい(*´﹃`*)
添えてある野菜も甘味があり特に
とうもろこしがとてもいい味しています。
最後にデザート…
みずみずしいシャインマスカットの甘味と
爽やかな風味、ナッツのザクザク食感、
ソースの酸味が合いとても美味しい！
最後はマスカットとエルダーフラワーの
ハーブティーで口の中をさっぱりさせて
フィニッシュ！
一通り食べた感想は、全体的に量は抑えてあるが、
魚料理など要所でボリュームを出しており
満腹感は満たされます。
料理も店内の雰囲気も良かったので
またお邪魔します！
