私の知る限り５０年以上今の状態で営業している老舗店
カツ丼とオムライス・ハヤシライスを何十回も食べてきました
今夜は一人飯、久しぶりにカツハヤシをライス少なめで注文
この店の一番人気はハヤシライス、初見の方はこれを頼むと良いでしょう
それに分厚いカツが付いてくるのだ
ボリューム満点、女性には少々きついかもしれない
カツは脂身が少なくパサパサな食感、多くの方は何これと思うかもしれないが
これがこの店のカツなのだ。賛否両論あります
ライス少なめにしたがそれでも食べきれずハヤシソースをそぎ取りライスのみ残しました。
ハヤシソースはこくや苦みもなく相変わらず美味しいです
店の雰囲気は昭和感で一杯、これも賛否両論ありますが
