ご飯多過ぎだなぁ。
とんかつ定食とハヤシライスを一皿にしたわけだけど、とんかつ1に白飯1、ハヤシルゥ1に白飯1、要は、とんかつ1＋ルゥ1＋白飯2になっている。
カレーとハヤシの一番の違いは、
ルゥに対して白飯が食べられる量だと思う。
カレーは味が強いから少ないルゥでもたくさんの白飯が食えるが、ハヤシはそんなに進まない。
ハヤシなら、米より多いくらいルゥが多くないと、
どうしても満足感は落ちるように思う。
いっそカツに下味がしっかり付いていれば、
とんかつご飯＋ハヤシライス、としてイケるが、
ルゥをとんかつ用のソースとしても使うから、
なおさらルゥが足りなくなる。
最後はただ白飯をかき込んだ、そんな感覚。
とんかつはしっかりラードで揚げた食感も良いもの。
ハヤシもコクと苦味のあるドロっとした食感のもの。
質の良い洋食屋だと思います。
なだけに、米のバランス。
