梅雨も明けたので 鰻を頂きに沼津の うなよし さんへ
下香貫のR414を少し入ったところにあります。
注文したのは 上うな丼
10分も経たないうちに主役がテーブルへ。
丼を覆う妖艶な鰻が3枚。サイドには肝吸い、お新香、酢の物。
鰻は蒸し焼きで脂も適度に落とされて柔らかく 旨し
甘すぎないのタレとの相性も良く香ばしく戴けます。
個人的にはもう少し焼き目のついたカリ感のあるものが好きですが
各お店の違いを楽しむのも鰻の味わいなのでしょう。
三島の桜家さんの鰻が懐かしい今日この頃です。
