奮発しました。
土用の丑の日に先立って、丑の日の前日に訪問しました。
上うな重と肝焼きをチョイス。
待つこと5分で肝焼き、10分でうな重到着！
肝焼きは串ではなく小鉢で出てきます。
苦味もなく、山椒をぱっと振って美味しくいただきました。
お酒がほしくなりますね。
上うな重は3枚！
ふっくら柔らかく、いくらでも食べられます。
いわゆる関東風、ですね。
うなよしさんは三島に本店、沼津に2店舗あります。
味の違いは食べ比べていないので(正確には食べ比べるほどの資金がないので)わかりませんが、
香貫店さんはお店も綺麗で清潔感があり、とても美味しくいただけました。
ちなみに上うな重には肝吸い、もずく、杏仁豆腐がついてきました。
一年に一度の自分へのご褒美、ですね。

ご褒美にうなぎ、
沼津うなよしさんのうな重いただきました。
脂のノリが多めでふわとろ、
この脂の多さは好みが別れるところかと思いますが、
自分には好みに合ってます。
タレも甘めで絡み具合いもよく、
美味しくいただきました。
肝吸い、お新香、もずく酢、デザートの杏仁豆腐が着くのも嬉しい点です。
ごちそうさまでした！！
