Numazu Unayoshi was founded in 1955, and continues to maintain the traditional taste by using a secret sauce and using live eel. The deep steaming technique makes the eel fluffy and tender, and steaming it after grilling gives it a unique texture. The open-back steamed Kanto-style and fragrant Numazu eel kabayaki are exquisite, and at restaurant, the eel comes with mozuku vinegar, pickled vegetables, soup, and almond tofu, and I was very satisfied with the eel Tempura I tried for the first time at Huahua.
