■総評
JR東海道線、沼津駅南口より南へ車で5分程の処に「オペラ」はある。
近隣はオフィス街で、オペラはビルの１Ｆ・角地にあり、ロードサイドから非常に目立つ店作りとなっている。
沼津港とも車で5分程の処、箱根西麓の高原野菜のエリアとも15分程と、素材にはことかかない立地にある。
■料理・味
食材の一部はフランスより直接仕入れをする。
野菜の一部は自家農園と、本格フレンチを食べられるステージは組み上っている。
渡邊シェフはパリ・オペラ座近くの店で修業したのでこの店名。
名所にシェフのこだわりが出ているが、ソースにもそれが出てきそうだ。
■サービス・ムード
飲食店のフンイキは床、カウンター、テーブル（イス）、証明、W.Tで決まるが、
古材を使った店づくりは設計者に拍手。
イメスケでいう処のシック、クラシックに入るが、ランチ時に陽当りが良すぎて、
W.Tを閉められないので店内が暗くなるのがつらいか。
■その他
奥様がソムリエで、≒200種をそろえ、ワイン通にも対応している。
チーズとワインだけでも充分スゴセル店で、そういう方は21:30以降に行く事をオススメ。
ワインバーに変身している。
