数年前には別の場所へあった「あじや」さん。
その時は、ひもの定食Onlyの取扱だったのですが。
今は「沼津みなと新鮮館」というマーケットモールの中に移転されたそうです。
で、メニューを見てみると・・・
ひものだけだったはずが、各種ひもの定食はもとより、鮮魚料理まで品揃えが増えておりました。
ひもの定食は、キンメダイを除いて750円。前は500円とかそのへんでしたが・・・
お刺身、どんぶりも惹かれましたが・・・臨時メニュー？店内の張り紙が目に留まりました。
「真鯛のかぶと煮定食」 800円
あら煮など、元から大好きな私ですから。即決！
想像以上に大きな真鯛の頭が出てきてびっくり。
味ですが・・・絶妙！！しっかりと身に味が染みていて。脂ののりもばっちり。
白いご飯が進む進む（笑）
お魚が苦手な人にはオススメしません。その分、真のお魚好きに絶対にオススメです。
近所に勤めているので、度々食べに行きたいと思います。というか、ほぼ毎日行ってます（笑）
別のものを食べたら、また口コミしてみたいと思います＾＾
