サウナ帰りに、近くのかつ政さんに初訪問。
メニューに牛かつを発見し、迷わずオーダー。
2200円の牛かつ定食で、ライス、キャベツ、味噌汁おかわり自由。
ライスは白米か玄米。味噌汁は豚汁かあおさ。
キャベツの皿は斜めになっていて、ドレッシングをかけたあとの食べやすくするための配慮かと。
牛かつは自分で焼き加減を調節するスタイル。
わさび、岩塩がマッチ。
店員さんはひっきりなしに、味噌汁、お茶のおかわりを聞いてきてくれる。
教育が行き届いている。
あっという間に完食です。
