*First visit in December 2018* This is located along the Kano River. It seems to be a popular restaurant, so I made a reservation in advance. When making a reservation, I was asked, ``There's a group of 13 people next to me. Is that okay?'' I went there, expecting it to be a little noisy. I visited on a Friday around 7:30pm. This is a somewhat upscale route, and they sell Kobe beef ( ´∀`) When I was shown to my seat, there was a lively year-end party next door, but it was separated by a wooden blind, so my line of sight was blocked. I don't care. I want to eat not only Yakiniku (Grilled meat) but also Kobe beef (*´∀`), so ・Sirloin (100g) 6000 yen.・Saddle (100g) 3,700 yen. Others: ・Smoked king salmon salad 2000 yen. I asked for such things. The shop has a nice atmosphere with a view of the river from the window. They also use good charcoal (´∀`) Three types of salt were prepared on the table and the staff explained them to us. Raw food and salad came first. The smoked king salmon is soft and has a mild smokiness. It's low in salt and the meat is moist and delicious ( ´∀`) The vegetables are also bitter and taste like a salad for adults. The cherry tomatoes were also sweet and firm. When I finished eating and waited, the Kobe beef sirloin and Kurashita arrived. It looks delicious with beautiful marbling. I grilled it to medium-rare and served it with salt. First, sirloin. Yeah. It has a firm texture, but the fat is sweet and delicious. The salt went well with it, and I enjoyed eating it with the sweet sauce that came with it. The meat had no odor at all and was delicious. It feels a little luxurious. Kurashita (shoulder loin) has an even softer texture. This one has evenly distributed marbling, and when you put it in your mouth, it loosens up. It's tender, but the aftertaste is lighter than sirloin. It's a taste that you won't get tired of. It might be easier to eat this way. Well, this amount of meat is enough. I can't eat that much (´Д`) After that, from Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu, I added ・Harami 1700 yen ・Salt ribs 1000 yen ・Salt liver 1000 yen. Harami is small. The color is dark. I thought it would get hard when baked, but it didn't. It had a strong umami flavor. The salt ribs had a lot of fat. Surprisingly hard when baked. I ended up eating it with the sauce lol.The salted liver was also small. Since they are small, they are grilled to give them the right texture. It was pretty good. Yeah. The customer service is also pretty good. It might be a good option if you want to eat delicious meat on a date or some kind of anniversary. In particular, the Kobe beef is quite expensive, but I highly recommend it ♪ However, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu is reasonably priced, but it's not as good as the delicious food at specialty restaurants (´Д`) Well, I guess that's the way it is. The area next door was noisy, but the staff member greeted me afterwards and said, ``I'm sorry it was so noisy.'' A person who appeared to be a chef came to pay the bill, and the customer service was very polite. I would like to go again when I want to eat delicious meat. Thank you for the meal ( ´∀`)
