こちらは三島最大の歓楽街通りの白雪通りの三島駅方面の角にあるラーメン屋さんです。本町タクシーのりばの向かいになります。日曜日の２３時過ぎにお夜食を頂きにやって来ましたら、〆目当てのお客さんで２割程の混み方でした。
看板に「究極 秘伝のスープ 三島ラーメン」と書かれていたので、三島ラーメンをいうメニューを探したのですが見当たりません。どうやら普通のラーメンを三島ラーメンと呼んでいるようです。と、いうことでラーメン(６００円)を注文しました。料理は５分強で出てきました。
こちらのラーメンは醤油味で魚介のダシが良く効いています。まあ何らかの節でスープを作っているのでしょうが、「究極」と言い切るのにはちょっと弱い気がします。麺はややウエーブのかかった細麺。〆に頂くのには良いラーメンだと思います。
店内でのお客さんの話を聞いていたら、餃子専門店でも出したら良いのに何て女将さんに勧めてました。そんなにこちらの餃子は美味しいのでしょうか？機会があれば試してみたいと思います。
