三島市内のラーメン店。
伊豆箱根鉄道の三島広小路駅から歩いて5分くらい。
店舗の場所は飲み屋街のはずれで、営業時間は夜21時から朝5時まで。
飲んだ後のお客さんが多そうですね。
自分も飲み会のあと、〆のラーメンを食べようと立ち寄りました。
23時過ぎに入店すると、先客は無く店員のおばちゃんが餃子を包んでました。
餃子は手作りなんですね、美味そうです。
注文はワンタンメン。
スープは醤油が濃くて、ほんのり魚介の風味。
油多めでコクがあって甘さもありますね、好きなタイプです。
麺は細くてかるく縮れてます。
柔らかすぎず食感がいい茹で加減でした。
ワンタンは餡がちょっぴりで皮をズルズル食べるタイプです。
こういうワンタンも好きですね。
ちょっとボリュームが少なめですかね、飲んだ後にはちょうどいい感じ。
味は予想以上に美味かったですね、好きな味でした。
また飲んだ後に立ち寄りそうです。
