大社から広小路方面に3分ほど歩くと右側に見えてきます。
子供の頃にうっすらと来た記憶があるので、調べてみたらやはり老舗。
私の子供の頃どころか、親の生まれる前からやっている老舗さんでした。
外観はあまり主張はなく、夜は特に明かりを最低限しかつけていないので、近くまで近寄らないとやっているかどうか分からないほど。
店内は4人席が6宅ほどでした。
おかみさんは腰が低く丁寧で夫婦でやられてるのかとても安心感があります。
壁メニューの麻婆豆腐定食(950円)を茄子に変えてビールと餃子も注文。
それから麺コーナーの中で異様に安いつけ麺(450円)が気になりすぎたのでこちらもお願いしました。←つけ麺好き
先ずさきにつけ麺が到着。
つけ麺というより、ざるラーメンですね。
麺、つけ汁共にシンプルで夏にぴったり。
お次の麻婆茄子はどうだろう。
おおー、これはなかなか美味しい。
茄子は麻婆で食べるのが一番美味しいと思います。
口のなかに入れると、まず脂の甘みがさきに広がったあと、辛みがあとからじわっと押し寄せてくる。
量は小ぶりながら、上品な逸品です。
町の定食屋というと、がちゃ→どちゃ→どーんというイメージがありますが(個人の感想です)、盛り付けにも繊細さすら感じました。
餃子は肉自体は少なめですが、春雨に旨味を吸わせているのか、じゅわっと美味しく仕上がっています。
正直、外観からあまり期待はしていませんでしたが、お店の雰囲気も良く、どれもとても美味しかったです。
人もお店も見た目で判断してはいけませんね！
