フレアバーテンダー世界大会で2位を獲得したことがある凄腕バーテンダーさんがいらっしゃるお店。「フレア」自体の意味を知りませんでしたが、トム・クルーズが映画「カクテル」のなかで曲芸のような鮮やかな手さばきでカクテルを作っていたあの技術だそうです。そこから「トムズ」？？
フレアは見ることができませんでしたが、美味しいカクテルをいただきました。いただいたのは「モヒート」と「ハイボール」。恥ずかしながら何を注文してよいのやら皆目わかりませんので、お決まりのパターンです。もちろんお味も世界レベル❗
落ち着いた店内で次第にお客様で満杯になってきました。さすが世界2位❗沼津にこんなしゃれたバーがあったなんてビックリです❗
