まずはピータンから。…ダイヤモンドダストみたいな模様ある、なんだ？？教えてヤフー知恵袋。「松花皮蛋」というもので熟成か良くできてるピータンにできる模様。うん、このピータン旨い。当たり中華だ、ここ。
メイン何にしようかな…… 全部美味しそう…と紹興酒飲みながら選んでたら、、目移りしてたら……次の予定の時間が来てしまった…… また来なくてはいけないお店。。
全部美味しそう、きっと 美味しい。

野菜、サラダが食べたくて＆前夜に来た時に他のものも食べたくて……
まずは「トマトときゅうりのサラダ」と「ブロッコリーとカニ身の炒め」。どちらもソース、タレが絶品。さっぱりながら旨み、深み。ビールから紹興酒で調子上がってくる。
メイン、肉は「黒酢酢豚」。酸味と豚の甘みが絶妙にリンクする、添えてあるパクチーもアクセントに。
どれも旨い。2日連続行って確信です。
