今日は単独行動です。
熱海にのっぴきならぬ用があるので、こちらでランチをしました。
以前から存在は知っていたのですが、店名がどーも気になってしょうがなかったです。
早速中へ。
奥に向かって縦に長く、入って左側がカウンター席で、右側がテーブル席です。
カウンター席に座り、メニューを。
ねぎラーメン 700円を注文。
厨房の店長風のお兄さんは元気があってグッドです。
他のスタッフはお姉さまお二人です。
こちらも明るくて爽やかでいいですね。
BGMは若人が喜びそうなJ-POPです。
店内は清潔感が漂いお掃除が行き届いていますね。
ねぎラーメンの到着。
白髪葱が沢山乗っていていいですね〜
麺は細麺で腰があり、ツルツル感がまたいいです。
スープはコショウが利いておりパンチがあり、そしてサッパリとしています。
店名の「だい」とは、なんかヒントになるものはないかなあ〜
するとスタッフの女性一人が「だいすけさん〜」と聞こえたようなそうではないような・・・
「だい」は、だいすけのだいかなあ。
気になるのですが、そろそろ出かけるお時間なので、店を後にしました。
う〜ん、気になります。
