三島 『 麺屋だい 』
ふらっと立ち寄った居酒屋チックなラーメン店。
トップ画はチャーシュー麺。
チャーシューは脂身と赤身のバランスが良い。
トロトロではなく、適度に歯応えがある。
スープは醤油強め、コクも感じる。
麺は細縮れで小麦感控えめ。
連れが食べた塩ベースの鶏そば。
うーん、酒飲んだ後にはいいかも。
どうやらカレーも人気らしい。
女将さんの接客はピカイチ。
ご馳走様でした。
