三島田町の駅の近く、ヨーカドーの北側にあるお店です。
お店の目の前で駐車場に案内している人がいますが、この人についていくとヨーカドーに連れ去られてしまいます。
お店の駐車場はお店の西側にあります。台数はまずまずありますが、このお店はいつも混んでいる印象があります。
土曜日の夕方に伺いました。時刻は１７時ちょうどころ。
こちらのお店は１７時オープンとのことで、開店一番乗りだったようです。
店内は広くて、半個室のテーブル席がたくさんあります。
注文はタブレット入力で、チェーンの居酒屋みたいな感じ。チェーン居酒屋と比べるとメニューの種類は多くありません。
お好み焼きとかもんじゃとかをお願いしました。
豚天玉。600円。税別。
明太チーズもんじゃ。800円。税別。
牛すじ煮込み。350円。税別。
ペプシコーラ。350円。税別。
待つこと3分ほどでコーラがやってきて、注文から5分で牛すじ煮込みやお好み焼やもんじゃがやってきました。

甘くてぐにぐにしていておいしいです。
お好み焼きともんじゃは、関東スタイルなので自分で焼きます。いにしえの方式です。
焼き方を書いた紙みたいなものがありません。
タブレットで動画が流れるものの…音声とかないのでよくわかりません。
お好み焼きはガシガシかき混ぜて片面3分焼いて、ひっくり返して、、、ここで蓋をして、と思いましたが蓋はないです。そのまま4分焼いて、またひっくり返して、3分くらい焼いていただきました。
食べてみると…うまい！ やっぱり私は天才だ！
調子にのってもんじゃも焼きました。
混ぜて具の部分を焼いて、具をガシガシ切っていって、、、焦げた。
火が強すぎたみたいです。
弱火にして土手を作って出汁部分を入れて混ぜていただきました。
ちょっと焦げたせいで苦いです。
やっぱり私が作った料理は1.0点です。
なんだか失敗したけど、おいしかったです。
