食券制 |
最近、さっぱり系のラーメンが好きだ、と言っておきながら
やはり、たまにこってり系や、豚骨系が食べたくなります。
しかし、こう寒いとラーメンばかり食べたくなって、困りますね。
冬太りというのは、こういうことも原因の一つなんですかね。
身体が本能的に、身体を守るために肉を蓄えてしまう、または
肉を蓄えるような食事を欲するみたいな。
「豚骨ベースのスープに、濃厚醤油のクリーミーさがクセになる味。
濃厚なのに意外とあっさりしていると評判。」
というこちらへ来ました。
葱ラーメン ６９０円
確かに、こってりとしていて、美味しいです。
ただの豚骨ラーメンでなく、一味違う奥深い味がしました。
麺は、西山製麺で、スープともよく合っていました。
ただ、量が少ないのが、残念ですが、
冬太り対策としては、少なめの方が良いんですかね。
