食券制 |
店内の一角に「西山製麺」の初代社長の写真ポスターがありました。
（店外の壁看板には西山製麺と最初に書かれています）
店主に伺ったところ、
「麺を食べ比べたら、「西山製麺」の麺が一番旨かったから」という理由で「西山製麺」の麺に決めたそうです。
なお、「小麦の味も楽しめスープに合う、伸びずらい光沢麺を使用している」とのこと。
私も長年、「西山」の麺に慣れ親しんだ人で、
一番美味しいと思っている一人ですから、近隣で出会えたことは嬉しく思っています。
さて、私が食したラーメンでオススメは
葱ラーメン、味噌葱ラーメン、葱坦々麺です。
「葱ラーメン」はいつもこのお店のランキングＮｏ．１で、
味噌と間違うほどの色をした豚骨醤油のスープですが、
飲むとあっさりした豚骨スープで、何杯もスープを飲むことが可能でした。
「味噌葱ラーメン」は豚骨スープと西山の麺に一番合う味噌を調合して使われているような気がします。
「葱坦々麺」は濃厚豚骨醤油がベースになったスープに
ラー油を効かせており、挽肉と葱がマッチングしてピリ辛の坦々麺が仕上がっていると思います。
寒い日にはオススメの一品です。
