食券制 |
もう何度もお伺いしてます。
西山製麺さんの麺を使っていて、歯ごたえが良くとても気に入ってます。
この日は塩豚骨マー油ラーメン590円をオーダー。
他のメニューよりちょっとお安めだと思います（笑）
白豚骨ラーメンにマー油は別添え。
お好みの辛さに調節して食べる事が出来ます。
まずはかけずにそのままいただきます。
葱工房さんならではのマイルドな優しい豚骨スープ。
縮れ麺によく絡んで美味しいです。
ただ「塩？」という感じではありましたが。
別添えのマー油をたらり。
多分全部入れると真っ赤なスープになるでしょうが
もとがマイルドなスープなのでそこまで激辛！にはならなさそうです。
辛いのが好きな方にはちょっとものたりないかも？
そして食後のデザートが付くのは嬉しいですね。
コの字のカウンターとテーブルが3つでお昼時はすぐに満席になってしまうのが難点。
お気に入りのお店なのでまた行きたいと思います。
