食券制 |
駿東郡長泉町下土狩にある『葱工房』さん。
会社の先輩おすすめのラーメン屋さんです。
用事で出掛けた時に、昼食として頂きました。
時間は、12時30分頃に着きましたが駐車場は混んでいます。(駐車場は10台)
入店して空いている席にご自由にという感じなので、券売機で食券を購入してカウンターに着席。(4人掛けテーブル×2 カウンター×12席)
『葱工房』さんは、北海道で有名な西山製麺の腰の強い縮れ麺を使用したラーメン屋さんです。
西山製麺の麺が、豚骨ベースのスープに合うように素材にこだわってスープを作っているそうです。
今回は『葱味噌チャーシュー』980円と『餃子セット(餃子5個＋半ライス)』380円を注文。
『葱味噌チャーシュー』は、白髪葱の乗った味噌チャーシュー麺です。
豚骨ベースのスープは、濃厚そうに見えますがあっさりとしていてとても美味しいんですよ。
トッピングは、白髪葱・チャーシュー5枚・わかめ・とうもろこし・海苔が乗っています。
白髪葱は、麺とのバランスを考えてカットしてあるようで、麺と一緒に頂くと美味しく頂けます。
麺類にはフルーツポンチのデザートが付いてきますよ。
『餃子セット』は、餃子5個と半ライスのセットです。
餃子の皮はもちもちしていて美味しいんですよ。
葱ラーメンが好きな方にはお薦めです。
