葱工房さんは駿東郡長泉町の沼津方面から裾野へ向かう県道87号線沿いにあるラーメン屋さんです。
電車ではJRの下土狩駅から１ｋｍぐらいありますね。
おなじみの西山製麺の麺を使った札幌系味噌ラーメンと葱ラーメンのハイブリッド系のお店として気になっていました。
とある日曜日のお昼に行ってみました。
13時に到着。
外観はラーショ風でラーメン屋さんだとはすぐわかります。
看板やら幟で西山製麺と葱が売りなのはわかりやすいですね。
駐車場は店の周りにかなりの台数があって余裕ですが
先客が2台しかいないです。
店内はカウンター、テーブル、お座敷と揃ってますが先客はお座敷に1組のみ。
やはり葱系メニューがこのお店らしいかなと思い葱味噌チャーシューと餃子の食券を購入して
カウンター席に着きます。
少し待ってラーメンと餃子が到着。
味噌スープは、わりとおとなしめの味噌の味で油も少な目。
麺は、西山製麺のやや細い縮れ麺でやわらかめの茹で加減。
トッピングは、ワカメ、モヤシ、コーン、海苔に少ししんなりしたネギチャー。
チャーシューはやや固いしっかりした味のロールタイプ。
餃子はやや小ぶりで少しカリカリ気味のちょっと九州系？
途中でサービスのフルーツが出てきたのは驚きました。
おとなしい味の味噌ラーメンですが西山製麺の麺はさすがでしたね。
メニューは色いろあるので機会があればまた来てみたいです。
