ご当地B級グルメの三島コロッケを求め、【大村精肉店】に訪問しました。三島コロッケとは、箱根西麓でとれた三島馬鈴薯（メークイン）を使用したコロッケ。それ以外に細かい定義はないようです。
大村精肉店は創業から60年を超える精肉店。契約農家から一頭買いする和牛が自慢のお店です。
開店の8時に訪問するとコロッケはパン粉付けをしてるところで、9時過ぎから販売とのこと。早く来過ぎちゃいました。
9時過ぎに再訪問し《コロッケ》@130円+税を購入。ハート型でかわいい♡コロッケはさつま芋とじゃが芋の2種類。本日はじゃが芋の方を購入しました。
お芋は粒が残らない綺麗なペースト状。水分量が少なく大きさの割には重量感があります。コロッケはじゃが芋が主体でお肉は少々。入るお肉はもちろん和牛。じゃが芋の甘さとホクホク感が堪能できます。
《メンチ》も購入しました。こちらも和牛入り。細かく刻まれたお野菜が沢山入るマイルドな口当たり。
熱々コロッケが食べられる朝一がおススメです。
