創業から60年を超える【駒井精肉店】に訪問しました。
精肉店の名物は、箱根西麓でとれた三島馬鈴薯（メークイン）を使用したご当地B級グルメ《三島コロッケ》。
開店の8時に訪問するとまだパン粉付けをしてるところで、15分待ってと言われました。早く来過ぎちゃったみたい。
熱々出来たてのコロッケは1個80円。生パン粉を使用したコロッケはサクッとした揚がり具合。中はお芋の比率が多めで滑らかな舌触り。お肉はもち豚を使用。お芋本来の美味さが際立つコロッケです。
