久しぶりの連休で友達の実家へ遊びに。
沼津の駅から少し歩いたところに
おいしいお店があると案内してもらい。
細い階段をのぼって２階へ入ると
飲み会をやっている席もあるのか賑やか。
負けじと思い思いのお酒で乾杯します。
注文は友達におまかせしました。
「富士山サーモン」というのがありますね。
きっちり注文の中に入っていました。(^ω^ )
清流の中で養殖されたニジマスなのだとか。
確かにサーモンのようなきれいな色合いです。
脂は軽めでさっぱりしていながらも
お魚本来の味が感じられておいしいですね。
それでもいくつかいただいたお料理の中で
いちばんのお気に入りはガレットでした。
香ばしく焼きあがって蕎麦粉の香る生地に
たまごとチーズが広がってまろやか。
しめじの風味もちょうどよく、美味しいですね。
３杯、４杯とお酒も重ねてしまって
テーブルのみんなで超ごきげん。
すっかり長居してしまいましたね。
