日曜日午後2時頃に訪問でしたので
すぐに席につけました。
上鰻重に２つ注文、10分後には手元に。
焼いた香ばしさを感じられず、
蒸した柔らかさだけの食感。
本当に炭火焼きしたのか！？
焼き上がったのを
蒸し直したか若しくは
温めただけじゃないのか？
あまりの速さと食感、風味に
疑いが拭いきれません。
お店の雰囲気は素敵ですが
周りの人気店には行列が出来て
いたのを見ると
やはり味と人気は比例しているのだと
実感しました。
とても残念でした。
味だけでしたらポイントは1.0です。
