週末はライブやってることも多くなかなか入れなかった。
担々麺押しで、辛さが選べる。
標準の辛さでも他店の四倍らしい。本場の辛さらしい。
辛いのは好きなので標準をセレクト。
運ばれて来たのは赤いね～( ﾟДﾟ)
まずはスープを飲んで、げほげほ(ヽﾟдﾟ)
ただ、辛い。
辛さのなかに旨味があるって感じではない。花椒もな～┐(ﾟ～ﾟ)┌
辛さ、痺れ、旨味のバランスが大事だと思うんだけど。
静岡の華音の様な病み付きになる感じはないね。
具もいけてない。
辛いの好きな人には良いかもー
