沼津駅北口、ココチホテル２F「和ダイニング 安吉」。やっと来れました。
ちょっと贅沢に「サーロインステーキ」のランチを注文。100gしかないので「足りるかなぁ？」と思いましたが、前菜に野菜サラダと煮付け。メインに多目の焼き野菜と赤だしの味噌汁が付いてきたので私には適量になりました。
サーロインステーキはお肉に甘味があり、添えられていたお塩をつけていただくとなんとも柔らかくて美味❗上質なお肉の油の甘味が引き立ちます。お塩だけでも最後まで食べられそうでしたが、山葵を付け、また醤油ダレで味を変えながら最後まで楽しめました。
デザートにブリュレと珈琲が付いてきました。これでもう満腹です。
他にも「ステーキ重」「ハンバーグ」など美味しそうなメニューが揃っておりました。次回はぜひハンバーグを食べたいと思います❗
