こちらは静岡県内でいくつも店舗を展開しているチェーン店のようです。
おにぎりなど、和食のファーフトフード屋さんという感じかな。。
ちょっと小腹が空いて立ち寄ってみました。
店内の中央に大きなおでん台があり、好みのものを自分で取るようになっています。
おでんのだし汁は、濃い茶色。。。私がよく目にするそれとは違います。
取り出しやすいように、竹串にさしてあるものが多いので 手で串を持ちあげたくなってしまうのでしょうか？
注意書きで手で直接触らず、菜箸・トング・お玉で取るように書いてあります。
こちらはどの種も１つ１００円。
今回は牛すじ２本・こんにゃくと黒はんぺんを１つずつ頂くことにしました。
店内には大きなテーブルが１つあり、イートインも可能です。
壁に貼ってあるポスターを見ながら、青のりとだし粉を振りかけて味噌も添えてみました。
まずは牛すじを頂いてみました。
あ・・・甘い！
だし汁の色がとても濃いので味もお醤油のお味が強いのかな？と思っていましたが
甘じょっぱいお味です。
だし粉と青のりのお味よりも・・・とにかく甘さが気になります。
お味噌をつけたらもっと甘い＾＾；
こちらのお味がそういう味付けなのか・・・静岡おでんが甘じょっぱい味付けのものなのか・・・
他で頂いたことがないのでどちらか分かりませんが。。ご当地それぞれいろいろなお味があるのだなぁ。。と思いました。
私たち夫婦は、食べなれたいつものお出汁の甘くないおでんが好みだな。。。と再認識しました。
