いずいちチャレンジのスイーツ屋８軒目です。「伊豆の自慢プリン」を食べる(その３)です。
｢和三盆プリン(¥370)｣をゲットです。
カラメルはネットリしてます味は、しっかり苦めです。プリンは二層で、下は柔らかめのカスタード。上は少ししっかりとしたプリン。といった感じです。
二層が面白い食感を感じさせてくれるのと、カラメルが少し苦めなので、大人向けなプリンかな。って、思う。
