土砂降りの雨も上がり、
三嶋大社を後にしたワシらは
今回の静岡ツアー最後のご飯を
頂きにこちらへ。
好みが合う三島出身の知人が勧めてくれた
お店だけに期待してたが、高めのハードル
あっさり越えてくれた。
静岡の地の恵みをシンプルに味わせてくれる。
先付から水物まで外れなし・・あっ、椀の
ズッキーニはいらん思うたけど（笑）
何せ普段、昼は絶対アルコールを口にせん
カミさんが八寸の自家製からすみの味噌漬けを
口にした瞬間・・「あっダメ・・私も日本酒欲しい」
言うたぐらいじゃからね（笑）いろいろあったが、
磯自慢、初亀、白隠正宗と静岡のお酒で楽しむ。
ワシは蛸の柔らか煮、星鰈の造りが強く印象に残った。
昼だからか主は白シャツにチノとカジュアルな
裝での調理。造りながら軽妙な会話をと言う
タイプでは無いが、料理に集中できて逆にありがたい。
内容、味わい、CP,何よりカミさんに昼に
日本酒を飲ませた事に敬意を表しての評価。
三島再訪時には間違いなく伺うつもり。
