土日は混んでいたので、平日行ってみました。
注文してから作るシステムなので、15分くらい待ちます。
椎茸が練り込まれてるパティと丸ごと椎茸も入っているので肉汁と椎茸汁が溢れてすごく美味しかったです...

有名なハンバーガーがあると聞いて行きました。道の駅の中にあるお店で中で食べることもできました。ハンバーグサイズのしいたけが入っており、身もぶりぶり弾力があってしいたけ好きにはたまらないハンバーガーです！
伊豆の名産であるしいたけがたっぷり使用された「しいたけバーガー」が自慢です！(^^)

肉厚なシイタケがとっても、ジューシー。揚げ物やハンバーグとの相性も良かった。バーガーの種類は一種類。
店舗内には飲食スペース無しなので、近くのベンチか道の駅内のイートインスペースを使う必要があります。
