本日はこちらへ〜。
"食のテーマパーク 伊豆・村の駅"に入るハンバーガー屋さんです。伊豆の名産である"しいたけ"を使ったご当地バーガーが食べられます。全国ご当地バーガーグランプリで全国2位を受賞した実力店だそうですが、その実力はいかに…！
日曜日の14時半頃、私がハンバーガーをオーダーした瞬間に、ハンバーガー類全てオーダーストップ。危なかった〜、確実に食べるなら午前中ですね。
・THIS 伊豆 しいたけバーガー 600円/税込
まずこのハンバーガー、全てがしいたけ尽くし！バンズはしいたけそっくりに見立てた全粒粉入りの丸いフォルム、旨塩ダレで炒めたしいたけ、伊豆産しいたけの丸ごとフライ、しいたけ入りのタルタルソース、しいたけが混ぜ込まれたパティ。味のベースは和風照り焼きソース。
どんなもんかと思いましたが、これはなかなか旨い。
特に中央の肉厚しいたけフライが、プリッとジューシーで最高ですね！揚げたてなのもグッド。しいたけ入りのパティも肉としいたけの旨汁がジュワリと滲み出てきます。また、照り焼きソースはもちろん美味しいんだけれど、タルタルソースがコクを生み出してました。玉葱のシャキシャキ感は、しいたけのジューシーさとは正反対で良いアクセントに。
ご馳走様でした！
この食べ応え、ご当地感を味わえて600円は非常に良心的だと思います。道の駅で食べられるクオリティではないと感じました。しいたけ好きな方には是非食べてもらいたいハンバーガーだと思います。また機会があれば伺いたいです。
