こちらは、イタリア語、スペイン語、ポルトガル語で「1」の意味のお店で、昨年の12月にオープンしました。清水町徳倉の「ma-n-ma」と沼津の「めぐる」で仕業したシェフでこの度独立しました。
店内は清潔感が漂い、女性好みの空間となっています。
メニューから温玉カルボナーラ(サラダ+ドリンク付)¥1,200と、その日のパスタ:白身魚といろいろ野菜のトマトソース(サラダ+ドリンク付)¥1,200を注文。
厨房では若手シェフが腕を振るっています。
ヤングカップルの来店。きっと新聞のチラシを見て来たのではないでしょうか?
温玉カルボナーラの到着。
その昔の「ma-n-ma」で食べたのを思い出しますね。
茹で加減が調度良く、アルデンテがあり、優しい味付けがいいですね。
続いて、白身魚といろいろ野菜のトマトソースの到着。
それほど味は濃くなく、グッドな感じです。アマトリチャーナに近い感じです。
