先ずは、イタリアのフレッシュチーズとイチジクの先付。
続いてジャガイモを練り込んだパンとフォッカッチャ、因みにパンの御代わりできます。
前菜はコチとアラとご馳走ナスのカルパッチョ。
魚のメニューは秋刀魚と里芋のフリット、里芋のソースで落花生とブラックオリーブのペースト添え。
パスタは蛤と青さノリのクリームソース、ニンニク風味。
天城黒豚の香草グリル。黒豚の脂が香る、旬の野菜のグリルが美味い。
デザートはカルダモン風味ののパンナコッタ季節のフルーツの白ワインのゼリー寄せ、とチョコプリンにエスプレッソのシングル。
大満足＆お腹いっぱいでした。
