いつも三島では和食のお店に行ってたけれど、今回はイタリアンに。
丁度、遺伝子研究所の一般公開日で桜も満喫し、いっぱい歩いた後の訪問。
シェフと二人の女性のカメリエーラが頑張って切り盛りしてます。
地元の食材とフランスからの食材を合わせたお料理。どれも美味しいのですが、シェフお一人なので前菜まではいいけれど、出されるテンポがなかなか大変。
帰りの新幹線の予定を告げ、忘れられてたエスプレッソを飲み、帰京。
メニュー訳ありの外国人を受け入れたり、お店としてはとてもハートがあると思います。 私達ももっと時間に余裕があったら良かったのですが。
