沼津市にあるおっこん雅に行ってきました＾＾
ここは広島の味をお届けしているお好み焼き屋です。
時間は夜8時なのでお酒タイムです。
このお店は鉄板で自ら焼くシステムではなく、キッチンで店員さんが焼いてくれ、それが運ばれてくるスタイルです。
今回はねぎたっぷりお好み焼きを注文しました。
東京で育つと お好み焼き＝ただの粉もの というイメージが強いですが、広島風のお好み焼きは粉もの部分の下にそばが入っており、一緒に焼かれることによりそば部分もカリカリになり一層美味しく感じます。
名前を忘れてしまったのですが、広島が地元の日本酒を注文するとタヌキの徳利で提供されて、通常の日本酒を注文するとシンプルな真っ白の徳利で提供されます。
やはりお酒が入るとよく分からなくなってくるので、次回はお好み焼きだけ食べに行きます♪
