沼津市大手町にある『蕎麦居酒屋えびす庵』さん。
テレビのお店紹介で観て行ってみたかったお蕎麦屋さんです。
沼津駅南に1泊2日の1人旅「はしご酒紀行 沼津駅南リベンジ編」でのはしご酒昼の部1軒目です。
時間は11時過ぎに着きました。
入店すると空いている席にご自由にという感じなので、4人掛けテーブルに着席。(6人掛けテーブル×1 4人掛けテーブル×6 2階にも客席あり)
『蕎麦居酒屋えびす庵』さんは、お酒も楽しめるお蕎麦屋さんです。
蕎麦や食事を楽しむお客さんもいますが、お酒を楽しむお客さんが多いお店のようです。
蕎麦や天ぷらはもちろんですが、魚料理・揚げ物・即肴等のおつまみも多くお酒の種類も豊富です。
お得な「本日のえびす庵セット」なんてメニューもありますよ。
今回は『骨付き鶏』1,199円と『板わさと蕎麦味噌焼き』649円と『塩茹で枝豆』539円と『エビス生ビール』649円を注文。
『骨付き鶏』が出来上がるまで時間が掛かることはわかっていたので、生ビールのおつまみに『板わさと蕎麦味噌焼き』と『塩茹で枝豆』を注文しました。
『板わさと蕎麦味噌焼き』は、板わさと蕎麦を使った蕎麦味噌焼きのセットメニューです。
香ばしい蕎麦味噌焼きは、生ビールではなく日本酒に合うおつまみですね。
『骨付き鶏』が来たタイミングで『エビス生ビール』を追加注文。
『骨付き鶏』は、蕎麦つゆ仕込みの骨付鶏です。
味付けされた蕎麦つゆが濃厚で、黒胡椒でスパイシーに焼かれているのでとても美味しいんですよ。
骨付鶏の下にはキャベツが敷かれ、レモンが添えられていますよ。
こちらは生ビールに合うおつまみですね。
蕎麦屋さんの骨付鶏が好きな方にはお薦めです。
