基本飲み屋ですが、昼はランチやってるので行ってみました。
若鶏のチキン南蛮定食1100円
鶏つけ麺980円
※ランチはドリンクバーつき
鶏に自信があるようなので、鶏を全面に出したメニューでいきましょう。
実はつけ麺だけは数年前に食べたことがあるのですが、麺に青海苔が乗っていてしょっぱかった記憶しか残っていません。麺もつけ汁も当時は期待値に全く届きませんでした。
しかし！最近メニューを確認したら麺茹でに12分かかるもっちり麺になっているというではないか。
メニュー開発担当がこだわりぬいて作り、つけ麺屋に挑戦の一杯というなら一度食さなければなるまい。
私が食べたあとに、改良があったと信じて頼んでみよう。
いや、私が食べたときは全く麺もっちりぢゃなかったので変わっているに違いない！
まずはチキン南蛮。(1日目)
さすがに看板メニューだけあって美味しいです。
切って提供ではなくて、2口サイズくらいに分けて揚げられているので、常にあっつあつでジューシーな鶏肉をいただけます。
特製タルタルもよく合い美味しいです。
迷ったときはこれを選べば間違いはないでしょう。
お次は鶏つけ麺。(2日目)
具は鶏チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、煮卵。
盛り付けはなかなか綺麗。
さて、肝心の麺はどうだろう。
お、極太麺でもっちりになってる♪変わってましたね。
つけ汁にくぐらせていただきます！
つけ汁もなかなか濃厚です。ベースは鶏と魚介でダシを取っているようですが、細かくされた野菜も入っています。かすかに残っている欠片を食べるとじゃがいものような食感でした。
つけ汁もなかなかです。ちょっとしょっぱいけど。
だだ、粘度が高いのでつけ汁なくなる予感がびんびんでした、案の定足りませんでした(。´Д⊂)
残り1/3はこの少ない残り汁でどうやって食べきるかというよくある展開。
割スープも頼めばくれるけど、割るもん残ってないよ( ﾟДﾟ)
味はあがってるけど、じっとこでつけ麺食べよう、となるにはまだまだですね。
個人的には塩っけもう少し減らして、今の粘度でいくなら量を増やすか濃さを調整できるようにデフォルトで割りを用意してくれると食べやすいと思う！
鶏チャーシューもしっとり低温加工に加え、鳥刺しのようレアなのも混じっていてお店の特徴もよく出ていたと思うし、接客も良かった。
今後に期待ですね。
まぁでも当面はチキンたるたるですね(笑)
