ランチを食べ過ぎたので、
夕飯は遅めにと思って出ると、
蔓延防止重点措置により、
20時にはほとんど閉店となる事に気づき、
慌てて入ったお店がここ、
そば処満留八さんです。
1.000円の、
そばとたれかつ丼のセットが食べたかったんだけど、
閉店が近かった事もあり、
米が足りないとの事でNG。
でも、ミニ丼なら大丈夫と言われ、
へぎざるそばと、ミニたれかつ丼セット、
かき揚げもついて、1.120円。
沼津という場所柄、魚ばかり食べていたので、
そばとたれかつ丼が妙に美味しかった。
まず、へぎそばがキレイ。
そばとか麺などがキレイに盛られてるの、
ホント好き。それだけで美味く見えちゃう。
予想通り喉越しもよく、程よい噛みごたえ。
セットのかき揚げとの相性も抜群！
閉店間際のかき揚げでも、変な油っこさは無い。
いい感じでしっかり揚がっている。
でもね、
私は、たれかつ丼が1番美味しかった。
色んな要素はあったけど、たれかつ丼、いいわ。
ソースが案外あっさりの甘めで食べやすい。
下にキャベツが敷かれその下にご飯なんだけど、
ご飯にもそのソースがいい塩梅で染みてる。
味が足りなかったらかけてと、
ソースが付いてきたけど、
そのソースを持ち帰りたくなったくらい、
ソースが丁度いい味なんだなぁ。
沼津でまさかの新潟名物、へぎそばにたれかつ丼、
美味しゅうございました。
